Invite users to the community

In order to access this function, your user must be a Community Administrator.

You can invite users to your community. The invitation to users is by email.

To invite a user follow the steps below.

• Enter the community. Once inside, access the menu to go to the View Community option.
• Select the option Invite users. In the new screen, enter the email address of the user you want to invite.
  • If the email address already corresponds to a Tellfy user, the user will be invited and added to your community.
  • If the email address does not correspond to a Tellfy user, the user will receive an email inviting him to create a new account. If the user creates the account using this email address, he will automatically join the community to which you have invited him.
