See community access requests

In moderate communities, users requesting to join the community will remain on hold until an administrator reviews and approves or denies their access request.

To review requests for access to the community follow these steps:

You will see that you have new requests because an icon with an exclamation appears on the My Communities screen.
Enter the community. Once inside, access the menu to go to the View Community option.
Select the option View access requests
On the request screen, you can approve or reject user access requests.
