Connect to a group using their QR code

Every group has a unique code that makes it easier for users to join it through their QR code.

You can join through a QR code from the Tellfy application. You can access the QR option with these two options:

• In the initial My Communities screen, click on the green + button and then select the Connect with QR code option
• When you are in a community, press Search on the bottom bar of the menu and then select the option Connect with QR code.

In both cases the mobile camera will appear. Bring the camera closer to the QR code where you want to join and if you have the necessary permissions, you will access the group automatically. In case the group is moderated, you will request access to join it.
