For them to work, you must follow the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>1. Access the <strong>Settings<\/strong> option of your device and then the <strong>Battery<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-661 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-768x1365.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. In the <strong>Battery<\/strong> section, access the <strong>Start application<\/strong> option<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-662\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-inicioapps-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-inicioapps-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-inicioapps-768x1365.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-inicioapps-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-bateria-inicioapps.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. A list will appear with all the applications that you have installed on the device. You have to browse the list until you find the Tellfy application. Once we have located it, we will deactivate the option to Manage Automatically.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-663\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-apps-tellfy-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-apps-tellfy-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-apps-tellfy-768x1365.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-apps-tellfy-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-apps-tellfy.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. When deactivating the automatic management option, a panel will appear where we can select several options. We will ensure that all the options that appear are <strong>active<\/strong>, including <strong>Auto Start, Secondary Start and Run in background<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-664\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-tellfy-gestionmanual-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-tellfy-gestionmanual-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-tellfy-gestionmanual-768x1365.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-tellfy-gestionmanual-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-tellfy-gestionmanual.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. Finally we will make sure that the device is allowed to use data when it is at rest. In the new screen that appears, make sure that the option <strong>Keep Wi-Fi active at rest<\/strong> is marked Always and <strong>Mobile Data in suspension<\/strong> is active also, as shown in the following image.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-666\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-datos-moviles-reposo-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-datos-moviles-reposo-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-datos-moviles-reposo-768x1365.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-datos-moviles-reposo-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/huawei-datos-moviles-reposo.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7. Finally, let&#8217;s start the Tellfy application so that the system adjusts the settings we have established. Now when you restart the device again or close the Tellfy application, notifications should arrive.<\/p>\n<p>8. If you still do not receive notifications, we suggest you also check the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That you do not have the Community or the Groups where the communications are arriving silenced.<\/li>\n<li>Do not have an energy management application installed that is blocking notifications, such as Clean Master. In this case you have to go to the configuration of this application and add Tellfy to the list of priority applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>9. If after following these steps the notifications still do not work for you, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tellfy.com\/en\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contact us<\/a> so that we can personally treat your case and resolve it.
